Through the contact form we collect: name, email, phone (optional), preferred date, number of guests, destination, and free-form message.

Purpose

Data is processed exclusively to respond to quote requests and to manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (EU Regulation 2016/679, art. 6.1.a) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b).

Retention

Data is kept for the time required to handle the request and afterwards for tax obligations (10 years). Data from unconfirmed requests is deleted within 12 months.

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and opposition by writing to info@frappecharter.it.
