2026 rates and terms

The yacht is moored at Cala Galera port (Porto Ercole). Standard check-in is 9:30 AM, with return to port by 6:00 PM for refueling. Any change must be agreed in advance.

A 50% deposit of the charter fee is required upon signing the agreement. The balance (50% charter, APA, transfer fees, VAT) must be paid one month before the start of the charter.

25% of the total charter and service cost, with a minimum of €2,000. The APA must be paid one month before the charter and is refunded at the end of the trip minus actual expenses (fuel, provisions, damages, etc.) using the same payment method.

Captain and hostess/chef are included in the charter fee.

Fuel, additional mooring fees and provisions are at the client's expense. With a defined itinerary we can offer a fixed hourly fuel rate to avoid refueling stops. Fuel costs are due one week before the charter. For weekly cruises, fuel is calculated on actual engine hours.

The crew is responsible for the safety of guests and yacht. In adverse conditions or technical failures: day charters are refunded 100%; cruises of 2+ days are refunded or rescheduled using the most favorable rate between the original and the new one.

Provisions are not included and are agreed at booking time. Complimentary items: mineral water, coffee, soft drinks; fresh fruit and light snacks; one bottle of Gabriel Pagin Carte d'Or Champagne. On request we arrange tailored menus with fresh oysters and seafood, local fish, seasonal produce, buffalo mozzarella, Pata Negra.
